Steve and Sharon have had a passion for real estate in the Brazos Valley since the early 1990's. Over the years, they have been involved with real estate sales, development, investments and home building. In 2015, Steve and Sharon decided to put their primary focus on home building. Their desire is to provide an outstanding custom product with attention to every detail, meeting the needs of the customer and community. Steve and Sharon have raised their family in College Station and are members of First Baptist Bryan. When not working together building dreams, they support charitable organizations, like S.H.I.P. (Shelter the Homeless International Project), The American Cancer Society and Scotty's House. Steve and Sharon look forward to using their own unique skills to help you build your dream home that not only meets your needs but creates a place that's not only a house but a home.

Tori Culver 

Office Manager/Warranty

Tori comes from a background of real estate, and received her real estate license in 2016. Her real estate journey transitioned her into the world of home building which quickly became her passion. Tori is Warranty Coordinator and is ready to help with any after the sale needs that may arise. She will not stop until every issue is made right! She also oversees every aspect of the office operations and bookkeeping. Tori is a born and raised native of Bryan/College Station and takes pride in supporting and helping grow her community. Along with home building, Tori’s passions and hobbies include enjoying live music, writing new recipes in the kitchen, and traveling.

Jack Burley

Draftsman

Having the title of "Draftsman" is not only achieved by education but by a natural given skill to design and Jack has both. He has his AutoCAD Draftsman Certification and has completed numerous courses covering the various design aspects of Chief Architect. Jack is a native of College Station and after completing a successful collegiate swimming career on the Texas A&M swim team, he graduated from Texas A&M University Class of 2014. He and his wife are raising their family in the town where he grew up, and stay involved with their church and family. Having Jack on the team at Kinler Custom Homes allows for a more personalized design experience as you bring all of your homebuilding ideas to life.

Ryan and Melissa O'Bannon

Sales Team

As natives of the Bryan/College Station area, Melissa and Ryan have a keen knowledge of the community and a heartfelt love for the people. Ryan is detail oriented, incorporating technology into the experience which creates an outstanding customer service result. Melissa is a local Realtor®, in addition to serving as our Sales Associate, which gives her market insight as well as experience with contracts and financing. As they walk you through the process, you will be amazed at their creative skills and their ability to help you bring your design ideas into reality. Being a team allows them to help customers with every aspect of their new home purchase. 

Bradley Pittman

Construction Superintendent

With his Great, Great Grandfather graduation from Texas A&M University in the late 1800's, it was no surprise that Bradley would be Fightin Texas Aggie Class of 2020. His degree in Construction Science is a huge asset as he serves as Construction Superintendent for Kinler Custom Homes. He has experience ranging from commercial construction to working for one of the largest homebuilders in the nation in the Dallas market. Bradley loves people and that coupled with his excellent communication skills make him perfect for the job.

David Zimmerman 

Project Manager

Originally from Menard, Texas, David is a class of '97 A&M graduate who has returned to College Station with his wife and family. He began his career in new home construction in 1997 and has spent his career in both Brazos and Harris County. David brings extensive knowledge to Kinler Custom Homes. David is not only the project manager, but the on-site  supervisor of every Kinler home, ensuring strict attention to detail and the utmost in quality.
